Who We’re Looking For

• Computer-savvy and comfortable with remote tools

• Enthusiastic communicators with positive energy

• Sales, customer service, or community leadership experience is a plus

• Accounting experience is required only for Tier 3

🟦 Tier 1 – Reseller (Referral Partner)

No experience required

• Share RGB services with your community

• Earn commissions for every successful referral

🟩 Tier 2 – Affiliate (Promote & Nurture)

Experience helpful (not required)

• Promote RGB in your community

• Host small events or webinars

• Nurture leads, RGB closes, and services clients

• Earn higher commissions + trailing revenue

🟧 Tier 3 – Affiliate Partner (Practitioner)

Accounting/bookkeeping experience required

• Assist in delivering bookkeeping, tax, or payroll tasks
